Wheel Spindle Replacement

Looking for a spindle replacement. 1976 Dana 44 Front, 3/4 Ton GMC 8 Lug. Bearings seized/destroyed. Spindle gouged. What a mess. Anyone know of a site I can get a new one, or a used one? Thanks!

I looked it up in my LMC Truck catalog, they list a new spindle for a Dana 44 K20 (3/4 ton) from 1973-1977, their price is $169.95 (YIKES!), and it does come with new seals and bearings. Their part number is 34-2676 and you can order online at www.LMCtruck.com. I have gotten a few catalogs from them to work on my project vehicle (it is a 76' too!) and it has almost everything you could need in it to restore an old truck, but I have not ordered from them as yet, so I can't comment on their service. You might be able to find a spindle in a boneyard, but 3/4 ton stuff in those model years is tough to come by, especially in decent shape. Good luck and I hope this helps!
