2500HD Lift Recommendation

I am in the process of ordering a "05" 2500HD with the 6.0 and 4.10 gears. I am looking at putting 20 or 22" wheels with 275 or 285 tires on it. What would you recommend as far as a lift kit so that I will not have any issues with my tires rubbing? Is this wheel size even do able or should I not go any higher than 17"? I will be pulling a load and I need to keep my tire size large enough to cover the approx. 10000 lbs load.

You can go with the GM green keys since it is a HD. This will give you about a 2 innch lift up front and will ride better than just cranking down the OE torsion bars. Of course there are those that will argue this point. If you are interested in going this route let me know. I just got a set of brand new GM green keys and will not be using them. I have them for sale on this site in the sale section. $50/delivered to anywhere in the lower 48.
