Its alive!!!!

as some of you already know my truck is now running after I blew up the motor 2.5 weeks ago at the track. I decided while its out to just do everything and forget about it. here is a list of my current mods and new mods.

 

old stuff:

JBA headers

custom 2.5" Y pipe

Borla cat back

HPP3

March pullies

MSD 6A

NX wet kit with Gen2-x

 

New stuff:

Comp 270ahr cam

comp magnum roller rockers

comp pushrods

comp 986 springs

comp titanium retainers and locks

new timeing chain

P&P heads with 5 angle valve job

Precision industries vigilante 3200 converter

corvette servo

new imput and tailshaft seals

all new gaskets on the motor

AEM brute force intake

Fkex-a-lite 210 electric fan

MSD 8.5 wires

MSD blaster coil

new cap and rotor

Mach's valve cover spacers

 

I ran a 15.8@85 n/a and a 14.1@97(with slicks, 100 shot) before. I would like to see 14.9-14.6 without the nitrous and low 13's on a 75 shot. I don't think I will go back up to a 100 shot considering the money it cost me to fix it after I blew it up. I am going to wait a few weeks to get the Mach reflash to get the bugs worked out.

Yeah...Weird how that works sometimes. Great post, great topic, and sometimes great pics get no response.

 

But Paco asks a simple question about music, and look what happens. :banghead:

 

 

Those are some impressive times. I'm always amazed when people get under 14 seconds with less than 8 cylinders.
