New Exhaust setup finished!

I finally had my exhaust redone after my muffler blew on me. I researched this one for quite a bit and had the following setup done:

2-IMCO CM101 mufflers (replacing the 2 in 2 out single muffler

18" magnaflow with 4" tip replacing stock pipe.

Most of the 6.0's and big blocks have problems with aftermarket exhaust kit or mufflers resonating in the cabs. I didn't want to put another OEM muffler on, so this is the setup i went with. It runs fine and has a nice low rumble at startup and a good rumble when i get on it. it's perfectly quiet at highway speeds. The only problem is decelerating from 55 to 45 i get a little resonating in the cab. i figure i'll get used to it, or end up getting a x pipe installed once i pull the camper around. I'll update with further numbers after i run a few tanks through her and see if anything happens with milage. pics below.

Here are the front ends of the 3" in CM101 IMCO mufflers. I kept the stock pipes as they were in good condition.

Here are the rears. 3" out on both. This is where i could have run dual 3" out the sides, but i stuck with a single 4" seeing i tow alot.

Here is the 18" Magnaflow tip. the jury is still out on this one. I like the look, but for some reason it doenst look quite right. any input on this one?

Congrats on the exhaust! We're going to need sound clips

Don't worry about an x pipe, it's not needed w/ the stock tailpipe on there, bing it goes back to single. As for the tip, I think it looks good, might be a liiiiiitle too long, seeing how its pretty visable, I like how my 12" tip is sort of hidden.

3" outlets? Doesn't that rob you of some low-end torque?

Where did you purchase the mufflers? Dimensions of mufflers? How much for the install? Any resonance in the cab? Looks like a nice system! Great mod. Iam getting tired of waiting for someone to manufacture a good system for the 6.0. Your idea seams to be the way to go. Nice job!
