03 ss 22inch can i drop

03 ss jus put 22inch cobos with 285 45 22 looks sweet but i want it lower any one has done this yet? i only have about 1inch clearance by front wheel to front fender well. thanks for any help!!!! also how do i put apic of my truck on here from my cpu not much of a cpu brain

I am considering the same tire setup on my truck(truck, suv, whatever). On the front of your rig, you can probably crank the torsion down to make up the difference. If you were going more than 3" then you'd have to worry about ride. As for your rear, I'm not sure. My Escalade has a 2" drop and it looks like I can fit those 285/45-22 just fine at.

It can be done I know I did it I got 23 it just rubs a bit in the front but with your 22 you should be fine. The best kit to buy is the Mcgaughys kit it is 400 bucks it is a great kit you can call them direct to.

I second the McGauhgy setup. Top notch kit! I have their 2/4 drop with spindles sitting in a box. My tires are too tall to put the parts on. Have to get some 275/45's before I can drop it.
