Will these tires/rims work with a 2/4 drop?

Hey guys,

Im going to be lowering my 88 silverado 2wd reg cab truck soon. I want to do a 2/4 drop. I plan on using DJM spindles and hangers/shackles. I need to know if anyone has experience with doing a 2/4 drop with a set of 8.5 wide rims with 275/60/15 tires on them. The tires stick out about an inch from the fenders. I was wondering if I will be ok with doing this drop and with these tires without risking damaging my fenders. To me it looks like it should work, but would like some more opinions from you guys!
