I've got 35's on 10" rims with a 3" bodylift plus an inch from cranking my torsion bars. I had to trim the bottom of the front black plastic bumper. No rubbing problems even when riding hard offroad. My truck already had a gear change to 4.10's when I got it, but my father has the same truck as mine with 3.42's and 35's. He got a Wester's PCM and had it calibrated to his truck, it drives better now than when it was stock. You don't need to regear unless you tow with your truck. He just drives to work and home, no towing, and knows it's not a speed demon. If you've got the $$, regearing is always best, but if you want to only spend about $1200 for your tires and Wester's, I think you'll be happy with the results. If you don't have the computer reprogrammed for the larger tires, your tranny will be searching all day for what gear it should be in. That's when you'll regret your decision to go to 35's. Chris

35's = re-gear

sure they will fit, but you'll be buying new tires.. + new gears

so

lets just say 1000 for tires

and 2500 for gears

3500 and your set :lol:

You do want at least 4.56's with them tires but were do you get $2500 for gears??? You can get everything you need on line gear wise for under $400 or so and it will not cost $2100 in labor to get it installed , more like in the 600 to 1000 dollar range or less for labor
