02 1500HD Sus. lifts?

I am in the market for a suspension lift for my truck. I am just in the research phases of my search and I would like to hear everyone's opinion. Let me know which brand to go with and so on. I am more than likely going to go with a 6" lift if that matters at all. Thanks and God Bless,

This is a 4WD by the way and I will not be doing any heavy off-roading. Just normal hunting season stuff.

You need to ask yourslef a couple questions.

1. Are you doing the install?

2. Do you want a wider front track?

3. What size tires do you want to run?

4. what do you want to spend?

I am not doing the installation. I have a few different qualified choices around here. About the wider front track, well that just sounds like it isnt a good idea. I want to do as little modification to my truck as possible to install this lift. As for the tires I am going to run,well I guess I need to look into that more but I dont plan to go insane with it. I want it to stand out because it looks good but not freakish. And as for money....well I want to spend as little as possible but dont we all. I would like to make $2000 the limit for the kit since I am planning to dress my truck out a little more after I lift it.

If you want little modification done, a spindle lift will be your best bet. They have less parts and are esier to install. BUT, you will get a 2-3" wdier stance in fron with a spindle lift. Its not bad....just a matter of taste.
