Anyone with out too many small parts in it. I,ve had lifts from Superlifts & Skyjacker both made in my home state and they had too many small parts to check after the install to make sure thay stayed tight!! Now I,m warming up my credit card right know to buy the one in my handy dandy JCWhitney Sale catalog. Here is a link to the lift site. JC has it on sale for $1057.95 which is the cheapest i've seen it. I will do my own Installation, and is why I chose this one, and the replacement spindles replace alot of small parts that break. RCD makes one simular with the bilstein shocks that came with your truck from factory. But when you said you will have yours installed you will probably be at the mercy of your installer and his suggestions or what he carries.

Depends what you want to do with the truck. I have a 95 reg cab and going with the Rancho 4" lift. 4" is all I want because I can't afford to go with 35" tires because I have a 3.73 rear end. I am thinking that 4" will not make my tires look too small. Rancho cost $1350. I agree with the many small parts, you don't want that. Anyway, good luck and be sure to post some pics.

As far as strain. I wouldn't think any. If you cranked your t-bars, then you would be relieveing strain from the cranking. Just my opinion.
