+12V battery feed

I got my new GMC duramax (LLY). It has the wire harness for 5ver. The red wire wich should supply +12 to charge 5ver batteries does not have any power to it. Does anyone know were this feed connection is made on the truck?

As someone there already has said, the fuse should be attached to your Brake Controller Wiring Harness.
