off road lights

Can someone tell me how to install off-raod lights that go on the inside of the grille guard? When I say install I mean wiring-install. I've had some oval shaped lights sitting in my closet for years, and I'm just now getting around to actually somewhat modifying my "rig". A sport grille guard will be on soon.

all i can say is use a relay other wise bad things can happen..... very bad!!!!!!!!
