Hey,

I was browsing GayLords Truck Lids website (www.gaylordslids.com) and i was looking at the SpeedSturr truck topper i plan to buy to replace my patriot one. I was browsing example pictures and i cam across this photo.

can anyone help me find otu what kind of window tint that is? I like the "Flat Black" style tint rather than the shiny colored tint

Any help is appreciated.

wow, that is sweeeeeeeeet!! I've never seen anything like that before, and down here in FL, EVERYONE has tint. Only thing I can think of is maybe they doctored up the pic??? Dunno, but I'd like that on my truck too.

^^That's what I was thinking. It looks photoshopped.

The only way to make it a flat color like that, would be to put the tint on the outside of the glass.

I'm not saying it's impossible, just unlikely.

But I agree....It looks bada$$. I would use it.

Edit..

I just looked again, and I'm pretty sure it's a photoshop. Look at the rear view mirror. You can see a glare off of the window in the reflection.

After looking at it again, the only thing I can come up with is that they were probably in a hurry to get the photo of their tonneau out and didn't have time to tint the windows at all. So they photoshopped the tint on the window and couldn't get it the way real tint looks. The photo wouldn't look near as good if they had clear windows as it would take away from the look of their tonneau. Just my .02
