Borla XR1 Sportsman Ovals

Im sick of this thing Borla calls a cat-back on my truck!! Way too dam quiet for my taste. I want my exhaust to piss people off but yet sound good at the same time. Is that too much to ask for?? Im leaning towards the XR1 Sportsman Oval 12" muffler. Its gotta be louder than the 3 foot long barrel under my truck now! I have heard it on a 5.3 Chevy and good lord, sounded better and louder than mine! My question is, anybody here using them?

The XR1 you are talkin about is the exact same ones that I have on my truck,they sound bad as*.You will love them.I have the 12inch long oval.

Jared, what about the Gibson "super truck" exhaust?? That is supposed to be loud like a race truck. Exits just before the rear right tire and it looks sweet too. You ought to check that out.

I dont want to get a whole new exhaust setup. I was just looking to replace my muffler. I paid enough for my dam Borla cat-back, im gonna try the XR1.

I still have my cats,I dont want to mess with them cause I love my lowend I have now.Acually the sport side gibson will not be near as loud as the borla XR1's.The XR1's are bad as* and in my opinion the sound can not be ebat.I bet you that you will love them as much as I love mine.I had the borla pro xs mufflers before and they are to quiet for my tastes and I know they would for your also.I think you will be more than satisfied with the XR1's.They run about 150.00 for 1 muffler,I have 2 mufflers,cause I have true duals.I have had the magnaflow 4inch round 14inch long stainless mufflers also and they do not compare to the XR1's in my opinion.Give them a try manand let me know how you like cause I am very curious.
