Cabin Filter on '03 Sierra

They stopped putting in-cab filters in the trucks in 02. So your 03 shouldn't even have one.

Thanks for the tip, I'll have to do more research. I actually called the dealer & they were willing to charge me $73 for the cabin filter so I'm guessing there is one. I live in San Diego & after the forest fires last year I get a strange odor in the cab shortly after I either turn on the A/C or let the outside air come in.

I just checked my rig ('03). Local dealership said I had one, but it doesn't. I was hoping I could add one, but the part doesn't have the cover lto remove to add the filters (as pictured in the Guides on this board). The whole thing is just one big piece of plastic now.
