285-50-20 tire selection advice.

I'm looking for 285-50-20. I see 2 selections under Goodyear brand (GTII and Fortera, with GTII being more performance oriented). Are there other choices? Kumho, BFG don't have them in that size. What's the best-handling tire in the size I need? I don't care about tread life.

Thanks!

:loser: I have 285/50/20s Goodyears Eagle GTII on my 2001 Tahoe and have no problems. They are quiet and seem to provide good wet traction. This is a good size tire in that if your wife will drive this vehicle, I would stay with at least a 50 series tires. Anything less and you will be buying a new rim in the future from her curb scrubbing one.
