body lift on 03 1500hd crew

As you can see I am a real newbe to this sight! I have a 2003 1500 HD crew cab that I want to install a 3" body lift. But I am one I would really love to see some

pictures of the same truck with the same installation before I install mine so I can see exactly what to expect! like what size tires and rims I should use, front toe hook position and most of all the hitch receiver, what has to be done between the receiver and the bumper. If anyone on the GREAT forum has done this same project that could help me out and or has some pictures that you could shear with me and everyone else on this forum that would be great! Any other feed back would be great to! Thanks in advance
