22.5"wheels and tires

I seen the neatest setup the other day. It was a 3500 dually with 22.5" wheels and low profile truck tires on it. Talked to the guy breifly but didn't ask him if such a setup would require a lift or not. It filled up the wheels wells really nice. He did say something about spacers?

Yes, some sort of "mild" life will be necessary for good clearance.

I'm getting ready to do this to my 2000 3500 dually. ALready lifted it, just need the wheels and tires.

I just put 22" X 10" wheels with 305/45/22 Nitto's on my 01 2500 HD 2WD. Clearance is definetly not an issue. I am actually gonna lower mine 2-3 inches to suck up the gap tween the fender and the tire. Prolly won't be a popular look, but heck, if you've seen one jacked up HD with mud tires, you've seen em all.
