Cost to change gearing

I have a 2000 GMC 4x4 with stock gears. Waht is the ball park range cost to change out to 4.56.

I am runnig 285's(305's in the next week or two) and wouldn't mind getting some power back if it's not cost prohibitive.

Those prices look at little high. I've been asking around and the best that I have found is between $1000 - $1500. That's for changing out both the rear and front gears. The reason its so expensive is that its really hard to get into the front on the IFS trucks. I think the cheapest you'll find is around $1000, but you're gonna have to search for a place that'll do it for that much.
