Climate fan speed stuck at half (‘24 Silverado)

Hi everyone; I’ve had this happen a few times during the summer, now that it’s winter… it’s a bigger problem trying to defrost windows! - the fan will be full blast with high heat, and the settings stay the same but the fan speed drops off significantly! - i try turning the fan speed down crank it up, stays basically at half speed.  Any ideas on a fix? I seem to have better luck here asking the forums than going to the dealer for a fix.
