2009 canyon exhaust help

Hi. I know I'm in the wrong year but this is the only canyon forum I could find. I just have a couple of questions. I just bought an 2009 canyon and went to get it inspected today and it failed for the exhaust. The cat is there but it's basically shot out from that to the rear end. I found a part on ebay motors and it comes with all the pieces I need and 2 clamps. My question is, is their ànytype of special tools I'll need to replace this? I was failed for it a d found the complete set for 219.00 including the muffler but I would like to do the work myself as I don't have $ for repair. Thank you for your time ànd thoughts on thìs.

I just replaced the cat- back in my 2002 Silverado with one pulled in a Pull a Part yard, 65 bucks! 

You should check an exhaust shop out, for 200 bucks they can put new exhaust on. Your stock 2009 exhaust should have been stainless steel, why is yours rotted out?  My silverado had a steel system in it and it lasted 14 years. Stainless would cost much more so I went to a yard, and pulled a whole exhaust in 1 piece and bolted it to my Y pipe. Stainless will last the lifetime of the vehicle. And by the way, any system on eBay that uses clamps is wasting your money.
