I have a 2022 Chevy Silverado HD 2500 Duramax diesel custom it was supposed to last me the rest of my life and I was hit by a nine Bluetooth hack that has infected every single device I have linked to the computer in this truck And or plugged into charge there’s been automatic connections made but I did not. They were just there. It is worse than a bad STD and it has cost me $20,000 fighting it the $80,000 price tag on this truck. It is now to the point it is affecting the mechanical part of the truck. It will change channels on the XM radio driving down the road without me pushing a button , which is into four-wheel-drive without me touching a button it gets stuck in four-wheel-drive and I cannot get it out. I have had people tracking me through the system adding stops into my trips. I had a remote unlock done by OnStar where I had four credit cards stolen and maxed out to bank accounts cleaned out And the cards put back in my truck I’ve had damage done to my truck. I have been stocked and followed by unknown individuals. This truck has become a noose around my neck, and I am still paying for it. GM refuses to acknowledge that it’s a possibility this is happening. Treated me like I was crazy. Didn’t know what I was talking about, all the way up to the service department and the manager, but the CEO of the dealership and an executive liaison with Detroit. They never informed me that there is actually a cybercrime division to GM that deals with this sort of thing trying to get anything done, has been an absolute nightmare , make everything look really good and great when you have $80,000 in your pocket to spend very dissatisfied upset and angry my last email to the executive in Detroit I specifically told him if anything happens to me I hold him personally responsible I have reported this to the FBI and I see three with zero response. I have addresses addresses everything‘s documented maybe throwing some ****** out there into cyberspace might anyone who buys a GM vehicle that has Wi-Fi data OnStar it is not secure there is nothing you can find out there as far as antivirus malware any way to clean up the computer system, if you get hacked, you’re screwed and there is no support you would think when someone hands you loaded weapon which this is something that has that kind of potential information along with it I got nothing. This is bad business and it is putting people in danger. Hopefully this will get some attention.

i know your upset, but this is not the fault of GM. the hackers don't hack the truck, they hack what you plug into the truck. so either your phone or tablet was hacked and you probably didn't even know it. and when you plugged in to the truck the infection took place. GM didn't put a virus in your truck you did, so why do you think they should be responsible to fix something you did maybe unknowingly. if download a virus to your computer do you think the manufacturer is responsible to fix it also. sitting for long periods of time at a coffee shop or the airport is all a hacker needs, and this can happen with in 15 minutes. bluetooth can be hacked, so like the saying goes, if your not using it shut it off just like a light in your house

Pretty sure you were hacked not from the truck, but rather a device you are using like your phone or something else bluetooth that is linked to your phone.

Not a GM problem as far as I can tell.

Also bluetooth Y9? All I'm seeing is Chinese earbuds on google.

I agree with silveradosid 100% hackers can not hack into your truck your phone was hacked with a virus and when connected to the truck you spread the virus to the truck. The only way to remove the virus from the truck which your phone installed the virus is to completely wipe the computer in the truck and reinstall at your cost. If I were you I would completely remove the phone from the truck do a factory reset on your phone as it will return the phone back to the day like you bought the phone then add the phone back to the truck and see what happens. Again,the phone is the virus not the truck.
