Refresh Silverado Ventilated Seat on Startup

I’m an idiot 🤦‍♂️. After I said “it’s almost like it’s on an auto function,” I had a realization. I went check the settings and found an option to turn off the ventilated/cooled seats. It never occurred to me that the answer was right there 😂. I just didn’t make the connection between auto cooled seats and them starting on startup.

Glad you got it!

Just to add some detail, when in auto mode there are temperature thresholds in which things will operate in.  Auto heated seats and auto ventilated will function along with auto mode in where based on ambient and cabin temperature it can heat or cool at various levels of heat/cool for the seats.

Typically 50-59F ambient is kind of a no mans land in where you might get the lowest cooling or lowest heat, below 50F you will see heated seat only, above 59F you will trigger cooled only.  On a sunny day at ambient range though, the cabin temp is likely above 59F and that's why its triggering cooled seats.
