Tail Lights/License Lights Come on and off

Noticed this morning my license lights and tail lights shutting on and off randomly. I unlocked the truck, lights came on, license lights flickered on and off, then tail lights went out at the same time, then both came back on and stayed on. Have the OEM LED Tail Lights and Lasfit LED License Lights. Any thoughts? Fuse issue? Grounding issue? Battery issue?

I want to say all of those lights are plugged into a central box behind the bumper under the rear of the truck. I'd see if all of the wires are securely plugged into that and also check that it doesn't have water in it.

put the oem  license lights back in and see if it still does it
