A dealer with allocations can try to place your order.  The system will kick back any current build restrictions.  You can also attempt to reconfigure during that process to get the order through.

Restrictions and shortages are very fluid. Up until last week the Black, white and silver were about all that was being built. The only way to really tell for sure is to have the dealer notify you right away if anything comes up.
