2500 HD EGR Door Molding

Has anyone installed the EGR door molding? There are 2 styles, a “rugged look” and a “bolt on look”. I would prefer the rugged look but it only seems to be for 1500 trucks. The “stock” website photos show them on the same truck/door so I’d like to hope they’re both compatible.

 

The 1500 rugged look lists the front door length as 43.5”, the bolt on look doesn’t list dimensions. Maybe if someone has purchased the bolt on look you can measure to see if it’s the same?

On another website the bolt on look is also listed as 43.5”. I don’t see why the rugged look is only listed for 1500s when they’re the same size.
