Mine shows distance in display then switches to seconds.  Won’t slow down when it’s set to the farthest setting.

Press and hold the cancel cruise button and see if it switches the cruise control modes.  You should see a message something like "adaptive cruise available" or something like that.  Holding it again will revert to normal cruise.

If you do NOT see this message after holding the cancel button, then you do NOT have adaptive cruise and you are just changing the settings for the forward collision alert.

Can you even get adaptive cruise control on a Work Truck?

OP...can you post a picture of the buttons on the left side of your steering wheel?

OP?

I'm guessing OP figured out he doesn't have it, just has forward collision alert.

I have a 2024 3500 WT, gasser,,,  but deactivated all the things i dont, wont/use/like, on the way home. One was the collision stuff. Scrolling through the screen on the little info for trip A B and such, is collision and it says seconds, thats all i know. Its off and will stay that way...

I could be wrong.....................................   But, seems to be a just joined post and dump, complain and never to return. But it still seems to be a hot topic with no one i can see that actually has a WT...........

I don't see adaptive cruise being a feature most WT owners are looking for if they use the truck for business...could be wrong.

All the fleet trucks at my work are starting to come with these features now as it's not any cheaper to get them without. (FORD)
