CARB sticker for Chevy Performance CAI 84016022

I am in need of this sticker or a picture of it please. I grabbed a screen capture from @pgamboa YouTube video but his thumb is covering the part number on the bottom. Or if you don’t use it and happen to still have it I’ll pay you for it.

Thank you! What year is your truck? The EO number is different but I’m not sure the smog shop will notice.

I just searched the internet via Google & found this. Pretty simple process. Take a screen shot of your label in your picture & use Google picture search.
