Cannot tune or program cooling fan settings

Hey guys I wanted to see if anybody was able to change there cooling fan settings in Diablo intune i3.

I’ve been trying to change it to turn on at a lower temp but it says failed to read parameter when I try to change it. It won’t even communicate with the fans. If anyone has found a fix for this please let me know thank you
