OVER THE AIR UPDATES!

Has GM stopped doing OVER THE AIR UPDATES? I have a 2024 Silverado, LTZ with the 3.0 Duramax, that I have had since last September. Every once in awhile, while I am connected to my home network I check for updates , but I have never had any and I also have not had any notification of random updates, like I had have with previous Silverado's I have owned.

Between my 16,20,and now the 24. I think I only had 3 updates between them. None on my 24 so far. Plus it only updates the infotainment system nothing to do with drivetrain stuff.

There was an update for my 23 Sierra when I took it in last week, but had to take it to the dealer as it’s a major update GM can’t push OTA. it still didn’t fix the radio cutting out multiple times after startup and maps froze on me the next day requiring a reboot of the system. Whoever is in charge of this infotainment system should be fired with how buggy and slow it is. No way I’ll pay for services when my 3 years are up if they don’t fix these issues.
