Collision sensors or camera

I have a 2022 LTZ Silverado. Lane assist stopped working and sensors that recognize if cars or pedestrians are coming across the front or rear. I think they’re sensors that are not working. The camera that used be on display is no longer visible.

I have taken my truck in and they say a camera is ordered. Can a camera have all that information sending to the truck?

no the camera is not responsible for all the information but if the the camera is defective it could shut down the whole system

Incorrect. The forward facing camera in the windshield is 100% responsible for all the forward looking collision mitigation and lane keep assist. It even controls the adaptive cruise on non-Super Cruise models.
