Ugh!  What a horror story.  I have to say I tend to avoid the dealership for anything but warranty work.  Don't hate the truck because of the dealership.  Although having a bad main seal on a pretty new truck like that must be super frustrating.  I guess I will keep an eye out on mine as well!
