Service Power Steering and Service ESC light and Traction control STOP WORKING

Recommended Posts

So today my 2023 GMC Denali Ultimate with 15k miles decided to STOP WORKING while I was driving.
The Service Power Steering and Service ESC light and Traction control lite up the dash like a Christmas tree. Driving with no electric steering is both difficult and dangerous. I almost had an accident. I had to get the truck towed to the local dealership now I’m waiting for repairs.
Also, I get a whining noise when you push down on the accelerator, the higher the rpm louder the whine is.
Next is the steering wheel controller gets stuck sometimes and can’t change the volume or the radio channels.
Next radio will cut out for like 2 seconds then come back on does this at least 5 times in a row. The screen will go black until I restart the truck.
Next the heated seats buttons don’t illuminate like they should.
I purchase this used truck in Jan 2024 for $75k with 13k miles. Got the truck appraised since I was already at the dealership, these fkrs said the truck is only worth $63k with 15k miles. Since ownership I only put 2k miles on the truck.

I was able to get a copy of the history report from a friend. This has been a ongoing problem.
Do this truck qualify for a Lemon Law OR Manufacture buyback?
9 times the power steering went out

8 times with previous owner
I'm the second owner I only put 2k miles since ownership Jan 2024.

DTC CODE -U0131 -LOST COMMUNICATION WITH POWERSTEERING MODULE

Thanks for listening..

PS. I know I paid to much for this use  truck. SMH
