2018 Denali HD wheels on 2022 2500HD?

I have a pretty simple question.

 

Will 20 inch 2018 Denali HD wheels fit on my 2022 2500 HD without modifications?  My truck is a four-wheel drive LT 2500 HD and these other wheels are available for sale nearby me.  

 

My guess is the 35x12.50r20 tires on the 2018 wheels will not my truck without a lift.
