2021 Sierra 1500 Denali KICKER Tailgate turns on and right back off

i'm trying to find out why my KICKER tailgate system will have all blue lights come on and then right back off within a second. i replaced the controller\keypad module and it worked once then hasn't worked since.

 

please help
