Harness Bracket Above Shock Tower

Does anyone have a part number for the plastic insert that holds the Shock Tower Harness Bracket onto the shock studs on a 2023 Silverado 1500.

Part of the plastic channel best I can tell.  Or the engine wiring harness.  The retainers in the guide are not sold separately from the harness, but its possible that one you need is in the channel.    

 

86782076 is the channel #.
