No power going to the fuel pump relay from the ignition pin 87A

Hello everyone my issue is I’m not getting any power going to the fuel pump relay pin 87A. This is causing my truck not to start and get no fuel by not turning on the fuel pump. I have constant power on both pin 86 and 30. Also when I jump pin 30 and 87 the fuel pump turns on and my truck starts and stays on. I remove the jump and automatically shuts off. Things that’s I’ve change brand new are fuel pump relay, ECM fuse, crank sensor, cam sensor. According to previous owner the fuel pump was also changed.

anyone have any idea how to go about this issue ? Thanks in advance.
