Firstly, check for any loose connections or potential fuel leaks around the rail. And take a look at the fuel pressure sensor and the wiring leading to it. If everything looks tight, double-check the fuel pressure using a gauge just to be sure. Also, I’d inspect the fuel filter. A clogged or dirty filter can lead to irregular pressure and trigger such codes. And maybe, have a look at the fuel injectors for any signs of malfunction.

 

As for a code reader, I'd suggest grabbing one from a brand like Autel or Innova.
