Melted distribution box 2015 silverado

Been having electrical issues the past few months on and off, no crank no start, stabiltrack and trailer brake warnings, open then close driver window, black screen, etc.

Replaced battery which did need done last month and saw the distribution box on top of the battery had a melted spot, fuse/bolt #4 if standing at the front of the truck. I undid it cleaned the melted plastic off and re attached it. I also cut the foam away from G218 under the dash.i was fine for a while or so I thought 

Fast-forward a month and I'm driving to work in the rain and get the stabiltrack warning. Adter work no crank no start, tried cleaning it up again, couldn't get the truck home. Ordered a new box and put it in today and she's fine, really lost confidence in my truck tho.
