GMC App Frozen - 2024

Anyone else have their app freeze with their '24?  It worked fine on both my '21 and '22 but is stuck on 'no issues, good to go' from June 6th.  Tried to lock it and even start it the other day in a couple of different spots and now the 'start' buttom shows 'sending' but is not doing anything.  Shut down the app, restarted phone and nothing.  I also got an email this morning and last Tuesday telling me I had multiple tires low.  Checked and they are bang on.  The great part of this is I am forced to pay for Onstar and something that doesn't even work for three years.  Other manufacturers give the app ability away.  Disappointing.

The tires low thing is a bug in the update, everyone got that message today, and the recommended pressures are like 600lbs and 1200lbs or something crazy. I'm sure the next update will fix that.

 

As far as freezing, I had that problem last week, I eventually un-installed the app and re-installed it, it remembered all the settings and both my vehicles so only took a couple of minutes to do (Android) so that would be my recommendation there.

Thanks, I just reinstalled it and it seems to be working now.

Just bought a new 2024 GMC Sierra AT4X a couple weeks ago and the “myGMC” app does not download any status information from the vehicle. Have called OnStar dozens of times with all kinds of troubleshooting and promises of callbacks from “level 3” people which never happens. All the OnStar people can do that I call is uninstall and reinstall the app and very basic other things. I think most of them are still working from home as I often hear dogs and kids in the background. It just doesn’t seem like they can get anything accomplished with this issue from their home.  
 

Unfortunately, they want money to keep subscription going, but the app does not even work correctly. Seems like a simple problem to me but I just can’t get General Motors to call back. Very frustrating after spending so much on a pick up.  
please GM, get it together.
