2022 high country a/c issues

Just an update on my a/c issues on my refreshed 22 High Country. Has been in the shop for the 4th time over a week. Chevrolet TAC team, technical assistance, now is telling the dealer to change the evaporator out. This will be done tomorrow and since this is the fourth time in the shop for this I am edging towards Texas lemon law the next time. I really don’t trust the a/c to work right. I have already been looking for a truck and wanting to know if anyone else has had an issue so bad they lemon laced a vehicle or just had Chevrolet just buy it back
