Steering issues with newly installed 295/70r18 Cooper AT3

So I had the 295/70r18 Cooper Discoverer AT3 XLT put on my stock trail boss on Wednesday, zero rub.

 

Now, whenever I make a tight turn it feels like there’s a loss of power when accelerating. Taking it on Monday to get it checked out.

 

no lights, no noises… could it be the power steering?
