Ordered a Super Hitch for clearance for the truck camper, so its got a 2" and 2 1/2" stacked receivers. Class 5 hitch.

looks like the bumper comes off with the factory hitch. Etrailer.com doesn't have install video. They recommend lifting the bed.

was hoping for insight from experienced people. 
its a 22 2500 gas.
