Surveillance mode

Does the 2500/3500 have a surveillance mode circuit as the 1500's?

Pin 21 of the X6 connector of the BCM on the upfitter body builder manual is not populated as it is on the 1500 manual.

I found the attached screenshot in the '21 gm Special Service publication. The '22 3500 and '23 2500 did not have the pin 21 populated as my '21 1500 has. I was not understanding the procedure previous to this publication that I would have to add a wire myself.

When grounded, it basically dims the interior so low it's not usable in the daytime. But at night, let's say setting at a Walmart parking lot, watching the crazy's, waiting on the wife, it's awesome. You can get out and walk around the truck and not know a light is on.

I highlighted before capturing...

You need to pick up a terminated lead from your dealership parts counter, part number 13582298.

I used a 12v 5 pin relay and harness from Amazon, energized by the upfitter switch #4. Which, by the way, the upfitter switches are also dimmed way down. Instead of the relay switching a high amp load, it just switches a ground to the bcm pin.

Do you happen to have the calibration examples for these Codes: This is a list of some of the calibrations that are available: 6N5, BCV, BCN, 9G8, UTQ, 6J7, 5J1, 5J3, 7Y6, UTJ, SK0 (out of park), SK3, SK4, SK5, Engine time out disable (some models) (SK4) DRL disable and others not listed here?

The codes are listed in TSB 180b
