reese
I had been planning to buy a new '23 Sierra Denali Ultimate and send it off to Hennessey to get the supercharger installed. Just when I'm ready to pull the trigger, they tell me GM locked the computer down on the Sierras and they can't tune them, only the Yukon (WTH?). For a period I considered a TRX, then a Shelby F-150, but I'm a GMC truck man. I now hear about the FP700 where you can get a Whipple installed on the F-150, maintaining your warranty. Is GM going to jump into this HP war?

Is GM going to jump into this HP war? If it was me and has been in the past. I’d buy the factory performance version. Especially since the TRX for example cost the same as the GM before modifying. Don’t give me I’d rather push a Chevy that drive a Ram. There’s warranty available for factory performance vehicles. I’ve owned the different brands and gravitate towards the one that’s suits my desire. I driven the TRX. Our shop Forman has owned one for a year it’s flawless. My nephew and head salesman own Raptors. I’ve owned the most GM performance vehicles, and other brands. For performance GM has lost its mind. A mid engine vette give me a break. I really want to want another Camaro. My nostalgia mind would point Challenger. I you really want a performance truck at a reasonable price comparably speaking it’s the a TRX. If you keep it after you enjoy it awhile it will be priceless. Being there done that too.
