Banks Derringer on 2024?

Good to hear! I assume that goes for the Ram-Air as well? I've got my Boost Tubes, iDash and Throttle Monster installed, I can't wait to nab the Derringer and Ram-Air when they release (Exhaust and Diff Cover planned later down the road).

Yes, we are getting closer. We have a few Test Pilots using the tuner and providing valuable feedback. Unfortunately, I don't have an ETA on the official launch just yet.

Is this something that is still coming along? I noticed today that Banks has taken the Derringer off the compatible products for the 2024, it used to say coming soon now it is no longer there.

We're working on the Derringer for the 2024 as quickly as we can. Our team will wrap up the new Derringer for the 2020-2023 first before releasing the 2024. Although we already offer a Derringer for the 2020-23, we're re-engineering it to deliver more power. This programming will port over to the 2024 Derringer. Our goal is to have it available this summer. I know it's not as quickly as anyone would like, but there's a lot to do.

And, the listing for the 2024 Derringer is still live on the website. You can see it here.

I figured the priority got shifted a bit. For a short while If you filtered by vehicle the derringer was not listed as a product offering for 2024 L5Ps, hence a few of us may have gotten a little axious. Fantastic to hear it is still in development and heck everyone with a 2020+ L5P is going to see a nice bump in power with the updated module! Any news on timelines for the Ram-Air and Monster Exhaust offerings?

The issue was a website problem, not our shuffling of priorities. Derringer for 2024 is the highest priority following the 2020-23 DMAX. Again, the only reason that the 20-23 comes first is that the tune file and other functionality will port over to the '24.

I am looking forward to the release for the 2024 trucks...any idea if there will be a product shortage due to orders?

Dave, have you had any issues with the truck since you installed the boost tubes? I installed mine and on the first drive started getting reduced power warnings and my check engine light came on. I wound up taking them off and getting it into the shop. They are replacing my DPF this week and they said it had been a common problem on these trucks. I just think its very coincidental that it happened the exact day I did the boost tube install.

Jay from Banks here. We have not had any reports of boost tubes causing this or similar conditions. Do you have any kind of OBD code reader? It would be nice to know what the DTC (trouble code) was that triggered the reduced engine power.

How far out are we on the Derringer for the 2024 trucks?

I didn't get the trouble code I could ask if i can get a copy of it from the dealer Friday when it goes in for the DPF replacement. The dealer didnt seem at all surprised by the issue and Ive seen reports other places of this being a problem so maybe it was just a coincidence but to me it was surprising with just over 17k miles on it at the time.

any updates on derringer and CAI yet, Id like to get it all ordered and put on when I put the boost tubes back on.

Not a problem whatsoever...Its been a great add on and I've not had an issue with any of my Banks products so far. I wonder if you had leak somewhere in your system? Not on my current truck, but I had a Turbo discharge pipe silicone coupler somehow get loose a few years back, it caused all sorts of mayhem with codes and reduced power.
