Remove Oil Catch Can and Return to Stock

I recently purchased my grandfather's 2013 1500 and am looking to remove the oil catch can he installed (I'm not terribly certain why he installed it to begin with, as the rest of the 5.3 is stock) due to a rather messy failure of the catch can's gasket while pulling our trailer.

 

I know for certain that I will need a PCV, but don't know anything else I'll need since this is the first time I've ever done this job. Are there any other things I'll need? Hoses, grommets, tools, clamps, etc?

The PCV is built into the drivers side valve cover. You just need to reconnect the drivers side valve cover to the top of the intake manifold like it was factory.
