Horn Keeps Blowing Fuses

After going to the car wash a week ago I noticed my horn did not work. I have since replaced the blown fuse, but it keeps going out. Unfortunately, my warranty has already expired so I am left with trying to fix this myself.

 

The weather has been terrible here in Ohio for the past week, so I have not been able to do any diagnostics myself. Could it be as simple as an exposed wire at or near the horn?

they fill up with water,happened on my truck..dealer relaced under warranty..i beleive they put different style in as an upgrade

 

my truck is an 01 2500 H/D
