Very loud squeak

Hey guys, started truck the other morning and got this awful loud chirp or squeak. Dod has been deleted as well as vacuum pump. I have removed serpentine and turned truck over without fuel. Knock and squeak was still present. Removed valve covers and didnt visually see anything wrong. Could it be a flex plate or bearing? And motor runs good with vacuum normal.
