DEALER SAID do that and you void warrantee

That's for stock replacement parts.  So it means they can't void your warranty for changing your own oil, or repairing broken factory stuff with aftermarket stock replacement parts. 

Not for modifications, which a leveling kit is....even though it's admittedly minor and affects nothing.  But it wouldn't fall under Magnuson Moss.  

 

That said, OP's dealership is full of it.  GM's not going to void your warranty for just a leveling kit...as others have referenced, many dealerships install full lift kits and still warranty the rest of the truck. 

 

BTW, it's "warranty", not "warrantee"....YOU are the "warrantee".  I do hope they're not going to void you.
