NEED HELP - 6.2 Will not start after plenty of hours of electrical diag

Recommended Posts

Hey guys- This 6.2 here has us stumped. Resorting any ideas you all may have. Here's what we have going on. Customer says his 17 CCSB 6.2 with 70k miles. Will randomly die going down the road, some times it'll start back up, others it wont. No codes in ecm, no CEL's and no codes in the TCM. Well- this time it will no longer start back up. Truck has a texas speed 6.2 built engine and meets all parameters as far as low/high side fuel pressure. Actual VS desired fuel rail is spot on while cranking. It registers crank and cam signal, no pulses missed. All new plugs/wires and we verified we have compression, fuel and spark. It'll fire up sometimes for about 3 seconds and die, then will never hit again. We did a new ecm and finally are getting codes P10E1, P16E5 and U0100. Although after checking the terminals and connections it all reads out. Any ideas here ? I hate to be a parts cannon and throw a engine harness on it. Open to anything! Thanks in advance
